Superb angelskin pink coral carved lady 1ct diamonds 18ct gold brooch 25 grams
« backA superb quality mid Victorian brooch miniature which has a handpainted on porcelain painting of two small cherubic children, and I think this is a boy and girl holding a lovely old doll , sleeping arms entwined . The litle girl has a lovely pearl necklace. The painting is very fine quality and in excellent condition.
A wonderful carving in relief of a lady in solid angelskin coral (best colour) and surrounded by a minimum of a carat of brilliant white high quality totally unmarked diamonds over 9 stones at approx. .10ct each and 7 in the ladies collar..
A very solid quality handmade framework in 18ct yellow gold. I would most definately say this is a 60's piece judging by the style and fashion of the time. The piece measures approx 3 1/2 cm x 5 cm. The weight is 25.5 grams The carving is exquisitely fine and by a master craftsman. The pin on the back has a loaded security catch and there is an attachment with a gold safety chain.
Excellent condition.
This is a large estate piece which truly makes a statement!
