I have great pleasure in offering for sale an absolutely top class set, of superb original art deco double string pearls, with an absolutely stunninly beautiful ruby and diamond platinum clasp which is large and truly makes a statement.

The pearls are without doubt, top quality, completely rounded, graded and graduated with thick nacre and lustrous creamy pinky white and strung on silk close together without knots to ensure neatness. There are 80 pearls to one string and 96 to the other. Total 176.The thick lustre and colour is incredible.

The pearls measure from approx 1mm to 5mm. The neatest pearls I have ever had.The clasp is all platinum, heavy and solid with a low gallery and measures 3cm x 2cm. The central part being slightly raised. There are 37 diamonds which are VS G colour in my opinion. These are 3 to 5 point diamonds with a total carat weight of approx. 1ct minimum. The rubies are calibrated baguettes and are natural rubies not synthetic and without any rubbing or damage and baguette cut. 18 rubies approx. .5ct total approx. 1ct. The snap is integrated and slides through the side to be hidden at the back.
